Effectiveness of the Tricord Club
During each stage of implementation of the Tricord Club, we will measure indicators of club success and make changes to continuously improve.
What we hope to impact and improve over time:

-
Club members will play together, and their social circles within the club and community will grow. Loneliness will decrease.
-
Number of interests that the child discusses with peers and adults will increase.
-
Each club member will gain leisure activities.
-
The club member will be able to name a job that people can do.
-
Children will acquire techniques from The Pocket Guide to Making Successful Small Talk: How to Talk to Anyone Anytime Anywhere about Anything by Bernardo J. Carducci, Ph.D.
-
Children will implement simple steps to get the most out of life using ideas from Happy by Ian K. Smith, The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg, and concepts from positive psychology and cognitive behavior therapy.
-
The club member will recognize and name personal strengths and be given opportunities to use them.
-
The club member will develop empowerment and initiate more actions independently.
-
Our club members will develop decision making skills.
-
Acts of family and community service will increase.
-
The club member will learn information about God, prayer, the Bible, and moral principles. Increased fruit of the Spirit. (Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, self control)
-
Club members will give us feedback on their satisfaction with the club and ways to make it more beneficial to them and future club members.
