Ellen Hartline - Core Club Room Volunteer

Ms. Ellen Hartline, a lifelong educator, has a passion for teaching. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Ms. Hartline taught a wide range of subjects for grades 2 through 8 over her 42-year career. A mother of two sons and a daughter, Ms. Hartline was married for over 50 years to the late John D. Hartline, Jr. Although she is now retired, Ms. Hartline enjoys continuing her own learning through reading, volunteering, traveling, and exploring new hobbies. Active in the St. Charles United Methodist Church and the local food pantry, Matthew 25:35, Ms. Hartline has taught vacation bible school and church school for several years and has supported the American Red Cross in their education of school children. During her free time, Ms. Hartline loves to stay active with cycling, hiking, and participating in group exercises classes at the local fitness center.
